A plastic and metal hand operated ball winder, sometimes known as a wool winder, that is used for turning skeined yarn into center pull balls. It has a clamp which has a maximum thickness of 1.4" It is recommended that you measure the surfaces you may want to use to make sure the clamp will fit prior to ordering.
