This is a 2ply 100% Superfine Merino wool lace weight yarn. It is slightly heavier and springier than a lot of lace weight yarns which makes it much easier to work with, especially for those new to lace knitting.

Items knit from this yarn are very light and airy, and warm; yet still have a nice body and stitch definition. It's softness and delicacy are wonderful to wear. Perfect for shawls and scarves.
