A light fingering weight yarn composed of 65% Superwash Merino wool and 35% rayon of bamboo. It is put up in 100g skeins of approx. 490 yds. The knitting gauge of this yarn is 7 1/2-8 st = 1" in Stockinette St. on recommended needle sizes of 0-2 US (2.00-2.75mm). This will produce a nice fabric for socks or garments; for lace you will probably want to go up in needle size. It is a 3 ply construction with a moderate amount of twist; which results in a well balanced yarn; good for many uses from socks, to shawls and scarves, to garments. There is a springiness due to the wool content and the wonderful shimmer and drape from the Bamboo.
